Enterprise placements are organized into specialty-trained pods, supported by a dedicated Customer Success team, and live within one to two weeks.
The pod model
Every enterprise engagement is staffed as a specialty-trained pod. 5 to 50+ VAs per engagement. Each pod has a dedicated lead, weekly QA reviews, a real-time workforce dashboard with reporting, and an executive escalation path through a named Customer Success Manager.
Onboarding
1 to 2 weeks for enterprise. A dedicated implementation manager coordinates EHR-specific training, credentialing, BAA execution, and ramp scheduling against your go-live date.
