Our story
Why was Staffing For Doctors founded?
In 2020, our founders ran a multi-location primary care group. Front desks were drowning, providers were doing charting after dinner, and every recruiter promised the moon and delivered noise.
They built Staffing For Doctors to solve their own problem: a single platform where a practice owner could match, interview, hire, onboard, manage hours, and pay a dedicated virtual assistant, all inside a HIPAA-compliant dashboard. No middlemen, no shared pools, no surprises.
Six years and 1,000+ placements later, that same platform powers private practices, multi-location groups, MSOs, and DSOs across 21 specialties.
