Danny Nabavi is the Co-Founder and CEO of Staffing For Doctors, a Los Angeles-based virtual medical staffing company. A California State University, Northridge graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Law, Danny brings more than seven years of entrepreneurial experience building, scaling and exiting high-growth virtual staffing companies, including co-founding Berry Virtual, a multi-million-dollar virtual staffing company that was successfully acquired. Following the acquisition, Danny co-founded MedVirtual, applying his staffing expertise exclusively to healthcare. Working directly with physicians, administrators and practice managers, he recognized a significant gap in the market: healthcare practices needed a staffing partner built specifically for the complexities of medical operations. From HIPAA compliance and specialty-specific workflows to the nuances of different EHR systems, traditional staffing solutions simply weren't designed to meet the unique demands of modern healthcare.

To close that gap, Danny founded Staffing For Doctors to provide HIPAA-certified, specialty-trained virtual medical professionals who don't simply fill positions; they become seamless extensions of a practice's team. By combining rigorous recruiting, specialty-specific training and a deep understanding of healthcare operations, Staffing For Doctors has grown into a multi-million-dollar healthcare staffing company, helping practices nationwide reduce overhead, improve operational efficiency and build scalable teams that support long-term growth.
