The pod model
Every enterprise engagement is staffed as a specialty-trained pod. 5 to 50+ VAs per service line or clinic. Each pod has a dedicated lead, weekly QA reviews, a real-time workforce dashboard with reporting, and an executive escalation path through a named Customer Success Manager.
Onboarding
